Initial Assessment

An hour long assessment in your home, where one of the team will discuss your goals and aims for physiotherapy. We will gather information about you and what we can do to work together to allow you to return to the things you love.

Follow Up Service

£70

A fourty-five minute session in your home where we work on specific aims, working towards your goals
